Marketable Condition
- If returned within 7 days in marketable condition, 100% refund will be provided
Unmarketable Condition

- Distributor will resolve the issue (refund or replacement)
- Distributor will return the product to the company
- Company will provide replacement or equivalent value products
Any issued voucher must be used within 30 days.
11. Return Shipping
- For defective or incorrect products → Company will bear the cost
- For other reasons → Customer will bear the shipping cost
12. Inspection & Processing
- Products will be inspected after being received from the franchisee
- After inspection, refund or exchange will be processed
- Refund will be issued within 3 days
