This Shipping, Dispatch & Delivery Policy applies to all customers, workers, franchise partners, distributors, and users of Aajeevika Kranti Kalyan Seva Sanstha (AKK Online) (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).
By placing an order, the user agrees to be bound by all the terms and conditions mentioned in this policy.
The objective of this policy is:
To provide quality products to customers
To ensure timely and secure delivery
To facilitate fast service through network channels (workers/franchise)
This policy applies to all orders placed through:
Company Software /
Website /
Franchise / Depot / Warehouse Network
After receiving the order, the following process will be followed:
Order verification will be completed
Invoice/Bill will be generated
Order will be processed from the nearest available
Smart Shop / Depot / Warehouse
Products will be dispatched within 1 to 3 working days after invoice generation Dispatch time may increase in case of bulk orders

The Company delivers across India, subject to:
Serviceable PIN codes
Network availability
Standard delivery time: 3 to 7 working days after dispatch Delivery in rural areas may take longer
Delivery may be delayed due to:
Unfavorable weather conditions
Courier/logistics issues
Franchise/network delays
Government restrictions or lockdowns
👉 In such cases, the Company will inform the customer accordingly.
Maximum 3 delivery attempts will be made
If delivery fails, the order may be cancelled
👉 Customer may proceed as per the Return Policy
At the time of delivery:
Customer must check the package
Do not accept if damaged
👉 Any complaint must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
Shipment details will be shared via SMS/Email
Tracking ID will be provided to the customer
In case of incomplete address, customer will be contacted
Dispatch will be done only after receiving correct details
👉 The Company shall not be responsible for delays due to incorrect address
A maximum of 3 delivery attempts will be made
The Company reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
